Transportation

Transfer from Barcelona International Airport

Upon arrival at the Barcelona International Airport (Josep Tarradellas-El Prat), participants can proceed to their accommodation by public transport or by taxi.

TAXI: Average time to the city centre is 20-30 minutes (website).

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: It is very efficient, with several regular public transport services connecting central Barcelona to the airport:

  • AEROBUS: There is a direct bus service from the airport terminals T1 and T2 to Plaça Catalunya (see AeroBus).
  • UNDERGROUND: Line 9 South connects with the airport terminals T1 and T2 (website).
  • TRAIN: Line R2 North connects with the airport terminal T2 (website).

The airport has a 24-hour free shuttle service between terminals T1-T2 (website).

If you come to IESE directly from the airport we recommend to take a taxi; the ride is  just 15 minutes away.

Getting to IESE Campus

The EFA organizers have arranged transportation from the hotels and residences to the Campus. Please, check here.
