Participants are invited to join the highlight of the social program. The Conference Dinner will take place at the W Hotel Barcelona, which offers a wonderful view of the Mediterranean and it is located in the famous Barceloneta area. Appetizers and light drinks will be offered in the Sun Deck Terrace, followed by the dinner that will take place in the Great Room.

Admission

The dinner costs €80 per person, which is not included in the conference registration fee. Participants can register their partners and guests (max. 2 persons). Ticket(s) for this event should be purchased during conference registration. The Conference Dinner has limited availability and places will be given away to those who pay first.

Program

A cocktail will be offered before the dinner, in the sundeck terrace of W Hotel.

During the dinner, a distinguished member of the association will be honored for his outstanding contributions to the association.

More information will be given closer to the event.

Dress Code

The dress code is business casual. Although the event will take place during the summer, it might get chilly late at night. We recommend bringing a jacket to the dinner, as the temperature might decrease in the evening.

Address and access

Please be advised that the entrance to the venue of the Conference Dinner is different from the normal entrance to the hotel. To get to the Sun Deck terrace and the Great Room you will need to go through Passeig del Mare Nostrum and pass the Pez Vela restaurant, then you will find the staircases that will take you to the Sun Deck terrace. It is at a 4 min walking distance from last bus stop at Pg. Joan de Borbó.
